Overview
- Online registration is required for anyone who wishes to attend the meeting.
- Online registration can be made only through the orbitsymposium2022 website.
- Registration via email and fax will not be processed.
- Changes in personal information after online registration can be made before but not after the regular registration deadline.
- To change or unregister from the registration category, please e-mail info@orbitsymposium2022.org to contact our office.
- Registration receipts can be issued and printed in 'My Page' after login.
- Participants are encouraged to register early and before the registration deadline to ensure a spot.
- If you have missed the deadline, please register at the on-site registration desk.
- There will be no group registration on the site. Everyone has to register and complete the process on an individual basis.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
Any cancellation of registration should be notified in writing to the secretariat by e-mail (info@orbitsymposium2022.org). All refunds will be processed after the congress.
